- 1997 Option Controle is founded by Robert Hince and his partner.
- 1999 Frédéric Hince, Robert’s son, joins the company.
- 2000 Daniel Gosselin joins, bringing technical expertise.
- 2002 The company relocates to a larger facility, doubling production space.
- 2007 The company acquires commercial property and builds a new factory.
- 2012 Frédéric Hince and Daniel Gosselin become minority shareholders.
